Halloween at Sullivan Heights Secondary
Halloween at Sullivan heights secondary is always a fun time, because everyone in the school gets a chance to dress up as whatever they like. They can be the scariest monster or the nicest creature, but whatever it is, the costumes are always amazing and never cease to impress. Last year, one of the most amazing costumes were the fifty-two deck of cards done by the Grads. It was imaginative and very well done since there were 52 Grads, each one card from the deck. They tried out for the annual Halloween fashion show last year, and one first place. Even the school staff has a theme for their costumes, like last year the science teachers dressed up as characters from Star Wars. This year everyone is hurriedly getting their costumes ready and hoping to win first place on this upcoming Thursday at the fashion show, which is being held at lunch time. I intend to win first place myself, with some friends. We are all going as different Batman characters, and I am being the Riddler.
The picture above is of the science teachers last year who all dressed up as characters from Star Wars.
This year at Sullivan we are also promoting the Halloween candy grams again! They started selling last Thursday, with bag sizes from small to large. Last year they sold so fast they ran out of stock two days before they were supposed to. Students can buy them at the hub during lunchtime and they can leave their, or their friend's fourth period classroom and teacher name. It will be a fun and tasty Halloween this year for sure.
